two of 2009s best also end up two of the best in the years each sequel was released. dark souls is a 10 imo and so far borderlands 2 is a 9-9.5!
prob in US too, the game is doing very well. hell at any given time i have 2-10 friends playing it. havent seen a game that played on my list since prob skyrim last year
im actually glad they are not afraid to make design changes such as that and feel comfortable making it their own. bungie did a great job with 1-3 but after those i feel they were starting to lose their magic. i didnt care for odst ( except for firefight ) and didnt like reach at all. in the 5 games bungie did i dont feel as though they were bold enough to take chances and make real changes and as a result the game barely evolved over those 5 games. i for one am thankful for the fresh eyes on...

it was streamlined yes but it still had the rpg mechanics. instead of random guns that all looked the same with slightly different stats, you got unique guns ( i liked that better ( still would be considered loot. you still had many options for your space suit just like the first. you still had skill to develope for your character and the option to take multiple paths with those skills. just because it had less numbers doesnt make it any less of an rpg.

yeah it did pretty well except a few places. tried the demo and thought it was excellent. seemed updated just enough imo so it still felt classic but not archaic
i plan to buy in a couple months after the fall games are finished
this game looks like the wrestling game ive been waiting for for soooooo many years! wwe 12 got a lot right but this looks way better. all they still need to do is make the arenas bigger! you should be able to fight in the crowds, go backstage, etc
halo 3 was a great game. i didnt car for odst or reach. very, very excited for halo 4 though, ill be there at midnight launch
